Say hello to our Assistant General Manager and Lead Trainer, Kayla. In the summertime, she loves to go camping with friends and family and spend time outside. When she is not at work, her favorite pastime is to snuggle up to a good episode of The Office or watch her favorite movie the Big Lebowski. In the future, Kayla would like to own her own Aquatics facility where she will continue the education of water safety for people of all ages!

Say hello to Alen! Alen has been swimming recreationally for 12 years! His favorite sea creature is a moon jellyfish. Tubing at the lake is one of his favorite memories growing up. If you see Alen, ask him for a sea creature fact (he knows almost 500 of them)!

Say hello to Izzy! Izzy is currently in high school but plans to attend college and go into the nursing field. Her favorite sport is soccer, and she has been playing since she was 5 years old. Izzy’s favorite sea creature is the turtle. Make sure to say hello to Izzy if you see her!

Meet Katelynn! Katelynn graduated from Simpson College in 2015. She dreams of being a stay-at-home mom so she can spend as much time with her kids as she can. Her favorite swimming memory was watching her kids get into the water for the first time!

Meet Lindsey! Miss Lindsey and her family raise livestock on a farm. She loves to spend her summers at rodeos, cattle shows, and country concerts. In her free time, you can find Miss Lindsey watching the Good Doctor on tv or cheering on her favorite team, Iowa state! If you see Lindsey at the front desk, be sure to say hello!

Meet Mr. Slade! Slade dreams of becoming a Relator and wants to sell properties for his career. His favorite swimming memory is doing flips into the pool from the side. In his free time, you can find Mr. Slade either hanging out with friends or cheering on the Saints. Be sure to give him a wave if you see him!

Meet Miss Charlotte! Charlotte is not only a swim instructor, sometimes you will catch her on the lifeguard stand keeping all our swimmer safe! During the summer, Miss Charlotte enjoys swimming and tanning in the sun. Her favorite sea creature is a shark. When she is not at work, you can find her spending time with her family and friends or curled up on the couch watching Gossip Girl. Be sure to give Miss Charlotte a wave when you see her!

Meet Miss Evie! Miss Evie currently attends DCG High School and plans to attend Iowa to pursue a degree in Law. She currently swims for Central Iowa Aquatics and her favorite swimming memory is dropping 20 seconds and placing 1st in her 200 Breaststroke. A fun fact about Miss Evie is that she has played the cello for over 10 years! If you see Miss Evie around, be sure to say hello!
